WHAT
WE DO WHEN WE SERVICE PLANTS
All our clients
have to do is enjoy their plants. Our service
provide complete care of the plants. During each
visit, our technicians will:
- Check the moisture level of the soil and apply
water as needed
- Clean and dust each of your plants
- Trim or removed any brown or yellowing leaves
- Remove debris, if any, from the pots of each
plant
- Prune as necessary for size and shape control
of your plants
- Apply fertilizer on a regular schedule to
maintain the vitality of the plants
- Perform
disease and insect control as needed, using the
safest and the greenest+(enviromentally
friendly) services available

PLANTASIA’S GUARANTEED PLANT MAINTENANCE
PROGRAM
We are solely
responsible for the maintenance of plants,
including watering, cleaning and turning of the
plants to assure balanced growth and appearance.
- Should a guaranteed plant need replacement,
it will be done at no additional charge to our
customer. Replacements will be made with
plants of approximate equal retail value, but
not necessarily the same variety of plant.
- Plantasia is an eco-friendly business. We
are committed to maintaining your
interiorscape without spraying toxic
chemicals. We fight infestations using more
natural remedies, soil additives, or simply
remove and replace the affected plant.
- Plants and water will be accessible to those
involved in plant maintenance during regular
business hours. Every effort will be made to
care for plants located in locked offices.
However, if technicians are unable to gain
access over a period of time the plants will
have to be relocated to enable proper
maintenance.
- Because of potential for water damage we
request that plants not be placed above
computers and other sensitive electronic
equipment.
- Change of plant location, watering and
maintenance provided by others will void the
guarantee.
- This guarantee does not include plants lost
due to vandalism or theft. We are not
responsible for loss of plants due to severe
indoor temperature changes or plants damaged
by personal heaters.
- Interior construction can damage foliage.
During any interior remodeling project we
request that you have plants well covered or
moved away fro the work and dust.
- A separate charge will be made for cleanup/
relocation or any other work necessitated by
construction or requested by the account. The
current rate is: $30/hour
- We are responsible only for plants covered
under the agreement as listed on the inventory
sheet. The addition of other plants to the
inventory must be approved by us (enabling us
to make sure they are healthy and disease/pest
free).
